Connect Zirko to Claude
Tell Claude what needs doing: it looks things up in Zirko and creates drafts; it issues, sends, sends reminders or cancels only after you say yes.
Zirko itself uses no AI. You choose your assistant and pay for it with its provider.

How to connect Claude
Once set up, it works until you disconnect it.
An admin allows it
It is off by default. An Office – Admin turns on the “Allow AI assistants” switch in the settings under “AI assistants”.
Add a connector in Claude
In Claude, a connection to another program is called a connector. Open “Customize” → “Connectors” in Claude, click “+ Add”, then “Add custom connector”, and enter Zirko as the name — in the browser or in the Claude app on your computer. In Team and Enterprise the Owner sets up the connector for everyone; you then find it under “Customize” → “Connectors” and click “Connect”.
Enter the address
Claude asks for the address of the MCP server — that is what Zirko is called here. Leave the sign-in settings Claude suggests next as they are: you do not need a key or an ID of your own. This is the address:
https://app.zirko.io/api/mcpYou give your consent
You sign in to Zirko, see what it may do and what it never does, and tap “Connect”. From then on it works with your permissions.
Turn it on in the chat
In the chat, click “+” at the bottom left, then “Connectors”, and turn Zirko on. According to Anthropic, whatever you connected in the browser or in the Claude app on your computer is also available to you in Claude on your phone.
According to Anthropic, this works on every Claude plan — Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. The free plan allows one connection of your own, and Zirko does not need more than one. In Team and Enterprise the owner of your company account sets it up. As of 11/10/2026.

What you can say to Claude
It has exactly your permissions and those of your package: whatever you may not see or do in Zirko, it does not see or do either.
- Which invoices are open, and how much is that in total?
- What was the revenue last month?
- Create a quote for Smith.
- Book two hours on the plumbing job for me today.
- Tell me first what’s on the invoice.
- Send Smith the invoice.
