What runs by itself

  • Following up on quotes for as long as the customer has neither accepted nor declined.
  • Chasing incoming invoices that are left unchecked.
  • Giving notice before a signature link expires at the customer's end.
  • Chasing missing hours — with the person concerned, not with the boss.
  • Reminding the person scheduled ahead of an assignment, and the customer too if you want.
  • As soon as an assignment is scheduled, the project moves straight to the status you set for it.
  • When a project changes status: a message to the customer, a reminder to the business, people put on the project, plans and photos requested from the customer.

Fixed rules, no language model: the same situation, the same outcome, every time. Your customer and invoice data pass through no artificial intelligence. Whatever hangs on a deadline is reviewed once each morning; a dry run says beforehand what the next run would do, and the log says for thirty days what it did.

Anyone who works in the office is counted only once here — an office seat includes the job site. Only someone without a desk counts as a field worker. All amounts per month, plus tax. How much the annual plan saves differs per item and is shown on every plan card. Add-ons are not included in any row: scheduling comes only with Company, and automation is added per business.

The small print, briefly

  • Anyone who works in the office can use Zirko on site as well — no second seat. Each person takes exactly one seat, never two.
  • You choose the plan and can switch: to a larger one right away, to a smaller one at the end of the billing period. Zirko never switches it on its own.
  • Billing is in the currency of your country. Every country has its own price list — not a converted euro amount, and therefore no foreign transaction fees from your bank. The invoices you write yourself are unaffected by this.
  • Zirko is for businesses only; all prices are exclusive of the applicable tax.
  • No minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there is no further notice period.
  • Payable monthly or annually. The annual price is set separately for every item and is shown on every card — we do not do two-year lock-ins.
  • 14 days free, with the full range of functions and without payment details. The trial ends by itself and does not roll over into a subscription.
  • Billing runs through Paddle. Paddle issues the invoice and remits the applicable tax in the respective country; card details never reach us.
  • After the contract ends, your data stays readable and exportable for thirty days.
  • Inviting people costs nothing. As many people can work as you have licenses booked. Deactivating someone frees their license — you keep paying for it until you cancel it.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

  • What does software for trade businesses cost?

    Monthly prices per user or per plan are usual. Zirko has three plans: the smallest, with one office seat, costs $54.90 a month, each field license $17.90, both plus tax. Automation costs extra and is added per business.

  • Do my field workers need a license too?

    Yes, a field license: it costs $17.90 a month and is added to the plan. Anyone who works in the office takes an office seat — that includes the mobile app, so there is no surcharge for the phone.

  • Do I pay per device?

    No, per person. The same person may use phone, tablet and computer without it costing more.

  • How do I get my data if I stop again?

    Through the full export in the settings — it covers the data of your business, not just the documents. After the contract ends, the data stays readable and exportable for thirty days.
