Fourteen document types come out of the same editor. The quote becomes the order confirmation, then the delivery note, then the invoice — the line items travel with it.

How it looks
One editor for quotes and invoices — fourteen document types
Quote, cost estimate, order confirmation, delivery note, invoice, partial, interim, partial final and final invoice, credit note, cancellation invoice, withdrawal, letter and incoming invoice — all in the same editor. A document is made of blocks: heading, line item, text, image and signature, arranged freely. Line items sit in an outline tree and carry measurement rows, discounts and a costing by cost type. Interim payments are offset in the final invoice without anyone doing the arithmetic.

What comes with it
Eight number ranges, no gaps
Each range has a prefix, a starting value and a minimum length; the next value is derived and cannot be set by hand. The server issues the number, not the browser — otherwise an unbroken sequence would depend on the connection.
Finished means finished
A completed document can no longer be changed. Corrections go through a credit note or a reversal invoice with its own number — no editing afterwards, no deleting. A reversal on a chain of interim invoices neutralizes only the part still open.
What a quote does not do here
Zirko keeps no quote status of “accepted” or “declined”. We only infer that a quote is unanswered, and can follow up on its own from there. A customer’s remote signature sets no document status either — it records who signed which PDF and when, and that is where it ends.
