Invoice to the customer

The invoice takes over the quote's line items and is a document of its own. Interim payments are offset, finalizing assigns the number. Dispatch and payments are then recorded on the document.

No data migration project, no sales call in between. You sign up yourself and get going.

  • Create the account

    Business, name, e-mail, country, password. We ask for nothing more — and certainly not for a means of payment.

  • Set the business up

    Enter address and logo, invite your staff. Tax rates and public holidays for your country already come with Zirko.

  • Write the first document

    Add a customer, enter the line items, finalize. Zirko assigns the document number only on finalizing — nothing is used up before that.

Three things solved differently here

Not louder, but verifiable. Every one of these points can be seen inside the application.

  • Unchangeable means: in the database

    An issued invoice can no longer be altered — neither through the interface nor around it. The protection sits as a rule in the database; only dispatch, payment and reminder notes plus the cancellation remain permitted. Corrections go through a credit note or a cancellation invoice, each with its own number.

  • Automation that shows what it does

    Reminders run at night. Beforehand you can start a dry run — it tells you what the next run would do without sending anything. Afterwards the log keeps for thirty days what was carried out, what was skipped and what failed, each with trigger and recipient.

  • An honest country answer before you sign up

    A business can be set up in Zirko in twenty-three countries. Whether the invoicing module runs fully, partly or not at all in your country is on screen before you register — not after the first charge.

No customer count, no star rating, no award badge — we have none of those. These four facts, on the other hand, you can verify at any time.

Which businesses this is for

You choose a plan and book the licenses you need; four features tell the plans apart. What that means for your size:

  • On your own or as a pair

    The smallest package is enough, and the mobile application is included in it. Nothing that only makes sense once there is a team.

  • Three to ten people

    One plan for the desks, one field license per field worker. Anyone who stops working is deactivated — you cancel their license or give it to someone else.

  • Larger businesses

    Five roles, from the owner to the team member. Who sees which prices and who approves hours is decided by the database, not by the interface.

  • What is software for trade businesses?

    A program that brings the office side of a trade business together in one place: writing quotes and invoices, managing jobs and projects, recording working hours, scheduling assignments and documenting the site. The point is to enter the same detail only once — the line item from the quote later appears on the invoice, the hour recorded appears in the job costing.

  • What does software for trade businesses cost?

    Monthly prices per user or per plan are usual. Zirko has three plans: the smallest, with one office seat, costs £39.90 a month, each field license £12.90, both plus tax. Automation costs extra and is added per business.

  • What legal requirements does software for trade businesses have to meet?

    Three demands recur in every country we operate in: an invoice must no longer be changeable once it has been issued, document numbers must be assigned without gaps, and records must remain traceable and readable for the statutory retention period. On top of that comes electronic invoicing, whose deadlines and formats differ from country to country — the table on the e-invoicing page names them for each of the twenty-three countries, with the date on which we checked. This is not legal advice.

  • How do I get my data if I stop again?

    Through the full export in the settings — it covers the data of your business, not just the documents. After the contract ends, the data stays readable and exportable for thirty days.
