plancraft is the best-known provider in this niche and good at many things. Here is where we differ — with a date and a source.

40% cheaper than plancraft's monthly and 1-year plans, item by item: every plan, every further office seat, every field license and scheduling cost at least 40% less at Zirko than the matching item in the 1-month or 1-year plan, respectively, on plancraft.com/en-gb/prices (as of 14/09/2026, all plus tax). plancraft also offers a 2-year plan paid two years in advance; against that, Zirko's annual plan is at least 25% lower. What is compared is price, not scope; what plancraft includes beyond that is listed under “Where the other one is better today”.
Where the other one is better today
- plancraft has been running in the daily work of trade businesses for years. Zirko has not.
- plancraft has testimonials with name and business, ratings in several portals and listings in the app stores. Zirko has none of that.
- plancraft offers phone support in every plan, and in Premium also personal contacts and an individual set-up appointment.
- plancraft's planning board is a mature module sold in its own right.
- plancraft answers calls with an AI reception — the German pricing page includes 60 free minutes in every package; the Austrian, British, Dutch and Italian versions do not list it. Zirko does not have that and will not get it: we do not build AI into the product.
And this is what you should know
Zirko is before launch: no customers, no testimonials, no app store listing, and the prices have only just been set. This is a comparison with an established provider, not a comparison between equals.
