A service is more than a price
A material entry carries an article number, a unit, a short and a long text, cost, markup and price. A service is an assembly of several cost types — labor minutes from a wage group, material from stock, plus equipment and subcontracting. The purchase price taken over stays a copy: if the source is deleted later, the calculated service still stands rather than quietly dropping to zero.

Price lists from Excel and CSV
Your merchant’s price lists come in from Excel or CSV, with column mapping and a check step that shows what would arrive — and what would be discarded — before anything is taken over.
From the document back into stock
Whatever you once typed into the document editor goes into the price lists with one click. It is there for the next quote. The list loads page by page so that forty thousand articles stay a list rather than a loading bar.
Maintaining prices, not running a warehouse
Zirko keeps no stock: no storage locations, no quantities, no reordering. There is no live link to the wholesaler and no price comparison between suppliers — a price list is an import you run when your merchant sends a new one.
