You build the templates for your site documentation yourself, out of blocks. The fitter fills one in on the phone, the customer signs with a finger, and the finished site diary hangs on the job.

How it looks
Your template, your blocks
A report template is a list of blocks: date, period, weather condition, staff selection, figure, free text, photo and signature. Plus three special sections for services, material and measurements. Ready-made templates ship with it, from the daily site report to the assignment report — each one can be changed, copied or replaced. You decide which fields are mandatory; without them the report cannot be closed.

Measurements that carry on
A measurement chain written into the report on site moves unchanged into the invoice line — with an origin marker saying which report it came from. Measuring twice is gone, and so is billing twice.
A signature without a printout
The customer signs the report with a finger, straight on the phone. No account, no printer, no trip back to the office. The signing surface draws in device points so the name stays sharp on the finished report.
You enter the weather yourself
The “weather condition” block is a field, not a lookup. Zirko fetches no weather data from a service, and that is a decision: what actually happened on the site is better known to the person standing there than to a station ten kilometers away — and in a dispute what counts is what they recorded. Nor do we stamp the report with a location.
