FeatureZirkoServiceTitan
Price statementEvery amount stands on the pricing page. Anyone who wants to know what Zirko costs needs neither a call nor a form.Three packages, the same “Request Pricing” button three times, and not one amount on the whole pricing page. The only statement about the model reads: “Our per-technician pricing is designed to fit your business and goals, at any size.”
Contract termsNo minimum purchase. Anyone who needs one seat fewer books one fewer — and pays less from the next period. The terms name a “Minimum Subscription Level”: you must always buy at least the agreed number of user licenses. Billing follows the count at the start of the period, “without reduction for subscriptions removed during the period”. All fees are “non-refundable and non-recoupable” — and the price may rise if the number of field users falls.
Trial14 days, full range of functions, no sales call.No trial is named on the public pages. The “Choose My Package” button leads into a form asking for trade, number of technicians, office staff and building type.
Market editionsA market edition of its own for every country we operate in — its own language, its own currency and its own legal position.A single edition with no hreflang chain and no country path among 3,946 addresses. The terms name the United States and Canada as the area of use and all fees “in U.S. Dollars”. The Australian and Canadian addresses redirect to the American one; the British one does not belong to the provider and is for sale.

What it costs

This provider publishes no price. Its pricing page carries three packages and the same “Request Pricing” button three times — not a single amount. So none stands here.

Where the other one is better today

  • ServiceTitan publishes 3,946 addresses, among them 54 feature pages, 140 guides, 35 case studies and 398 episodes of a show of its own. Zirko has none of that.
  • ServiceTitan has inventory management, payroll, a customer portal of its own, a link to a large business software suite, its own payment handling and customer financing. Zirko has none of that.
  • ServiceTitan describes a guided introduction with training for the whole team and a fixed contact after go-live. Zirko has no set-up service.
  • ServiceTitan sells eight add-on products — from call answering through marketing and fleet management to dispatch — and three further programs from the same house. Zirko has two add-ons: scheduling and automation.

And this is what you should know

Zirko is before launch: no customers, no testimonials, no app store listing, and the prices have only just been set. This is a comparison with an established provider, not a comparison between equals.

How this comparison comes about

Every statement about the competitor was looked up on one day at the address named and carries that date. What we could not look up is not here. Prices and scope change — check for yourself if in doubt.
