Your customers, set up properly once
A name is all it takes to add a customer. Whatever you then enter on the customer — addresses, payment term, tax, invoice format — appears correctly on every quote and every invoice from then on, without you typing it again.

How it looks
Once on the customer, on every document
The first address is the main address and appears on quotes and invoices; you add further ones, and Zirko suggests addresses as you type.
In detail — Once on the customer, on every document
You enter the payment term and early payment discount once on the customer instead of on every invoice — for the one who always wants thirty days. A recipient of its own prints a different address block, for instance when the invoice goes to the property manager and the work was done at the tenant's.
What else it takes off your hands
What they receive, you decide on the customer
Every customer gets a PDF. An e-invoice is produced as well when you choose a format on the customer, or where one is mandatory in their case — then its format is preselected.
In detail — What they receive, you decide on the customer
At the top of the list are the formats of the country your customer is based in. If a detail the format requires is missing, Zirko names it in the dialog you issue the invoice from, before it goes out.
All your contacts in and out in one go
The import reads vCard, Google CSV, Outlook CSV and general CSV in four steps: choose file, map, check, import. Customers who already exist are marked during the check, so no duplicates appear.
In detail — All your contacts in and out in one go
The export always takes all customers along, and with a colour on the customer you filter the list the way your business thinks.
A customer file, not a sales tool
Zirko keeps no sales opportunities and no contact history from your inbox. A request sent through your website does not land in Zirko by itself — you add the customer. And a project is created in the project list, not on the customer: that is where you pick them.
Tax, trades and guides — Ireland
This page exists in its own version for every country. Tax rates and trade names come from the same tables the app works with.
Tax on the invoice
An invoice here carries VAT, at a standard rate of 23%. Zirko ships with the country's rates — you don't enter any yourself.
Zirko also carries: 13.5% · 9% · 4.8%.
- Net
- €10,000.00

- €2,300.00

In Ireland, ordinary businesses will have to issue electronic invoices from 01/11/2028.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to add a customer?
Just the name. Zirko first asks whether you are adding a person or an organisation; addresses, payment term, tax and invoice format you enter when you need them. If you leave the customer number empty, Zirko assigns one on saving.
Can I bring my contacts over from Outlook or Google?
Yes. The import reads vCard, Google CSV, Outlook CSV and general CSV. You map the columns, check the selection and import; at least name or company has to be mapped. A template to download is included.
Can an invoice go to someone other than the customer?
Yes, through a recipient of its own. That recipient is the address block on the document — the property manager, say, while the work was done at the tenant's. Without one, the document prints the customer's name and main address.
Does every customer get an e-invoice?
No. Everyone gets a PDF; an e-invoice is produced as well when you choose a format on the customer or where one is mandatory in their case. A private customer, added as a person, gets only the PDF in most countries — and lacks nothing as a result.
Is this a CRM?
No. Zirko manages customers the way a business needs them for quote, order and invoice: addresses, recipients, tax, payment term, invoice format and colour. It keeps no sales opportunities and no contact history from the inbox.
