How it looks
Twelve time types, each with its own effect
Working hours and travel time count toward the target. Leave, unpaid leave, special leave, sickness, public holiday, training, overtime taken, short-time work, bad weather and other affect target hours and the leave account depending on the type. Nine of them can be requested from the phone — half days and hour-precise absences included. What the office enters applies at once; what is requested on the phone goes for approval.

What comes with it
Accounts that overwrite nothing
The hours account and the leave account are built from the entries. A correction overwrites nothing; it is appended, with a date and a person. That keeps it traceable why this figure and no other stands there at the year’s end.
Recorded once, billed once
Hours can be taken over into a document as a line item. Once taken over they carry an origin marker and no longer appear in the selection. Anyone wanting everything out uses the CSV export with twelve selectable columns.
Working hours are not approved
There is no approval run for working and travel time here — only absences carry an approval status. Whoever entered an hour wrongly changes it; the account follows. Nor is there a clock-in with location checking or an access terminal: Zirko does not verify where anybody is standing.
