Job management software for trades: the whole job in one place
Job management in the trades is rarely about a Gantt chart and almost always about one question: where are the papers? Documents, site reports, files, the chat and the post-costing all hang on the job. Whoever sits in the office sees everything; whoever stands on site sees what was released.
Available from late 2026
How it looks
The folder tree belongs to your firm
The file store is not a fixed scheme but a tree you build yourself — to any depth, the same for every project. For each folder you decide whether the site may see it: the office always sees everything, on the phone only what has been released appears. Sorting is by date, name or size. Project statuses are freely named too, including language and document template — there are no preset stages a firm has to squeeze itself into.

What comes with it
The document chain hangs on the project
The quote on the project becomes the order confirmation, and that becomes the invoice. Every follow-up document knows its predecessor, which is how the post-costing knows which amounts belong to the same job.
What was created on site arrives here
Site reports, photos from the chat and recorded hours land on the project instead of in someone else’s messaging app. One click turns a message into a file in the project store.
No schedule inside the project, and that is deliberate
Zirko draws no bar chart inside a project. Dates belong on the planning board, where the people who carry them out are listed — a second schedule beside it would drift apart. The file store keeps no version history either: a new draft is a new file, so nobody mistakes the wrong one for the current one.
