Price lists come from Excel or CSV with free column mapping, customers additionally from vCard. Before every import there is a check step that shows what would arrive — and what would be discarded.

Out: CSV, documents, everything
Hours and customers go out as CSV with semicolons and a byte order mark so spreadsheets open them correctly without asking. Plus a bulk download of the documents.
The full export is a right, not an offer
All of your firm’s data can be pulled out in one run — as a background job, because a complete export does not fit into a response time. The data processing agreement demands exactly that, which is why it stands here and not in the small print.
Files, not an open programming interface
Zirko has no public API today, no access keys for third parties and no connector to automation services. Exchange runs over files, and there is no connection to an accounting package either: what your accountant gets from Zirko is files.
