How it looks

Three routes into the record, in a fixed order

The XML first: if the file carries a structured invoice format, the fields are taken over exactly — even when the XML sits inside a ZUGFeRD PDF. Only if there is none is the text of the PDF read; only if that is missing too does text recognition run. All three steps happen in your browser. Not one byte of a supplier invoice goes to a service to be read; what is stored is what a human confirmed.

What comes with it

  • Four states, fixed routes

    New, to be checked, released — and between them only the transitions that exist; anything disputed stays recorded on the document. The invoice hangs on the project and on the supplier so the post-costing finds it. Self-billing arrangements are held per supplier.

  • A check report for the e-invoice

    An incoming electronic invoice produces a check report: what the format is, which mandatory fields are missing, which rule was broken. The same check is available free as a public tool on this website.

We read two syntaxes, not all of them

The reader understands UBL and CII — so XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, Factur-X and Peppol BIS. Italian FatturaPA and Austrian ebInterface we can produce but not read; those invoices arrive as a file and are entered by hand. And Zirko pays nothing: there is no bank connection and no automatic posting.
