A board from one week to half a year. Drag bars, extend them at the edge, schedule teams — absences and public holidays are already on it.

How it looks
Eight zoom levels, one way of calculating
The board shows seven, fourteen, twenty-one, twenty-eight, forty-two, sixty-three, ninety-one or a hundred and eighty-two days. The left edge always begins on a Monday so the week number above the board never starts mid-week. Bars can be dragged and extended at the edge — and whatever the browser shows while dragging, the server recalculates with the same function when it saves.

What comes with it
Absences are already on it
Leave, sickness and the public holidays of the operating country are visible on the board before anyone schedules anything. Anyone who double-books regardless is told. A project dragged onto a team row produces one assignment per person.
The site sees the same plan
On the phone the coming assignments appear with date, project and address, plus buttons for the route and for recording time. Two taps from the assignment into the hours — the fitter searches for nothing.
Included in Company, an add-on for Single and Team
Scheduling is included in the Company plan and can be added to the other plans — what it costs is on the pricing page. What it does not do: optimize routes, forecast capacity or show sites on a map. It says who is where, and when.
