A chat that belongs to the project
Every project has its own thread — in the office as a column beside the project data, on site as its own tab. New messages appear at once without anyone reloading, and who may see which is still decided by the database and not by the interface. The thread is split by day, with today and yesterday instead of twenty-two identical-looking date lines.

What comes with it
Mention instead of chasing
Whoever is meant gets mentioned and finds it again in their own tab. The people who can be mentioned are those on the project — not the whole firm. Photos and files hang on the message and can be moved into the project store with one click.
Written in a dead spot
Messages typed with no signal sit on the device and go out as soon as there is reception again — in the same queue as the recorded hours. A banner says how long you have been offline and what is still waiting.
Not a messenger, and no customer inside
The chat always hangs on a project; there is no one-to-one thread between two people without a job. Customers have no access — what a customer should learn goes out as an e-mail or as a report. Voice messages are gone: they would have needed speech recognition, and a model is not coming into this product.
