Line items with an outline tree, costing by cost type, measurement lines, discounts, offsetting of interim payments and foreign currency. Dispatch by email with history, payments and reminders on the document.

The site view is a real app for iPhone and Android, not a page in a browser. It is coming to the App Store and to Google Play; paying still runs through the website and not through the store.

At the bottom the tabs for assignments, projects and hours, the settings cog at the top left. The tap targets are 56 pixels tall instead of the usual 44, because on site there is a glove on your thumb.
Photos that end up at the project
Take pictures straight from the daily report, the project chat and the file store. The picture then hangs on the project and not in some messaging app.
Signature on the glass
The customer signs the daily report with a finger right on the phone — no account, no printout. The area draws in device pixels so the signature stays sharp on the finished report as well.
No prices on a site phone
On the phone the line items of a project come from a separate read view that carries no amounts at all. What a fitter is allowed to see is decided by the database, not by the interface.
Two roles for the site
The team lead creates projects and records hours for others. The team member only sees assigned projects and only records their own hours. Company settings are locked for both.

E-invoicing
Zirko writes the structured invoice in the format required in the country your business is in — and checks every file against its official rulebook before the invoice is issued. Which format applies where, and from when, is on the e-invoicing page.

Issued documents cannot be altered, numbers are assigned without gaps, nothing with a number is deleted. Corrections go through a cancellation invoice or a credit note.
Roles and permissions
Five roles from the owner to the team member. Who may see what is decided by the database, not by the interface — project management sees outgoing invoices only through its own projects.
Fifteen languages
The application is available in German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Czech, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Romanian, Polish and Estonian. The language of the document can be set independently of that.
Payment reminders
One courtesy reminder without interest or fee, then up to five freely created dunning levels with their own payment term, interest rate, fee and text. Late payment interest follows the law of the country the business is based in; if the base rate is missing, there is no interest and the application says why.
Signature from a distance
Quote, cost estimate and order confirmation as a link to the customer. They see the document, download the PDF and draw their signature — without an account.
Export and CSV
Bulk download of documents, hours and customers as CSV, full export of all of the business's data. What you put in, you get back out.
