Write the quote
Line items, quantities, measurements and discounts — in the same editor the invoice comes out of later. Zirko knows fourteen document types; the quote is the first of them.
Hours and scheduling
Who is assigned where, who worked how long, who is on leave. Target and actual sit side by side, public holidays come from country and region.
The site in your pocket
Assignments, hours, project folder, chat and site reports with photo and signature. Hours you have entered are not lost when there is no signal.
Invoice to the customer
The invoice takes over the quote's line items and is a document of its own. Interim payments are offset, finalizing assigns the number. Dispatch and payments are then recorded on the document.

Countries

That is how many countries you can set a business up in — with that country's tax rates, public holidays and invoicing rules.

Languages

That is how many languages the application speaks. The language of a document is set separately from it.

Hosting

Database and files are held in Frankfurt am Main — including for businesses outside Europe.

We suggest nothing: the country cannot be derived from the browser language alone, and the legal position depends on the country.
